Joint Resolution No. —, suggesting that it be recommended
to the State Roads Commission that it begin, as soon as
weather conditions will permit, a survey for the construction of
an improved highway from Berlin to the southern terminus in
Delaware, on the line of Delaware and Maryland, of the Du
Pont Boulevard, or highway.
WHEREAS, By Chapter 394 of the Acts of 1912, provision was
made for the construction by the State Roads Commission,
of an improved highway from Berlin to the southern terminus
in Delaware, on the line of Delaware and Maryland, of the
Du Pont Boulevard, or highway; and
WHEREAS, An appropriation of seventy-five thousand dol-
lars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, has been pro-
vided for said purpose by said Chapter 394 of the said Acts of
1912; and
WHEREAS, The said southern terminus in Delaware, on the
line of Delaware and Maryland, of the said Du Pont Boule-
vard, or highway, has been completed; therefore, be it
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That it
is the sense of the General Assembly that it be recommended
to the State Roads Commission that it begin to make a sur-
vey, as soon as weather conditions will permit, for the con-
struction of an improved highway from Berlin to the south-
ern terminus in Delaware on the line of Delaware and Mary-
land of the Du Pont Boulevard, or highway.

the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of the session
of 1914, authorizing and directing the County Commission-
ers of Calvert county to subscribe to the capital stock of the
Baltimore and Virginia Railroad Company.
WHEREAS, At the January session of the General Assembly
of Maryland, as Chapter 437 of the Acts of 1914, an Act
