was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 675, entitled "An Act to
add a new section to Article 26 of Bagby's Annotated Code,
title 'Courts, ' sub-title 'Court of Appeals, ' to follow Section
37, to be designated as Section 37-A. " [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings. ]

By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 676, entitled "An Act to
repeal Article 98 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public Civil
Laws, title 'Wharves and State Wharfinger. '" [Which was
read the first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

By Mr. Frick: Senate Bill No. 677, entitled "An Act to
amend the charter of the Mutual Life Insurance Company of
Baltimore, as incorporated by Chapter 276 of the Acts of
Assembly, passed at the January Session in the year 1858,
Chapter 33 of the Acts of Assembly of 1870, Chapter 152 of
the Acts of Assembly of 1888, Chapter 408 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1898 and Chapter 218 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1902. " [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations. ]
