Senate Bill No. 312—Educational Survey Bill.

Senate Bills Nos. 305 and 304—Lunacy Commission Bill.

Senate Bill No. 174—Remodeling of Motor Vehicle License
Laws and Providing for Increased Revenue.

Senate Bill No. 218—Deficiency Loan Bill.

Senate Bill No. ————Providing New Sources of Revenue.

Senate Bill No. 242—Creating State Roads Loan of $2, -
500, 000.

The Budget Bill was promptly introduced in the Legisla-
ture upon receipt of the budget report of the Goodnow Com-
mission.

The Bill abolishing continuing appropriations was drawn at
our request and introduced in the Legislature prior to any
report of the Goodnow Commission, or prior to any knowledge
we had as to how the Goodnow Commission stood in refer-
ence to the matter. It was a plank in the Democratic Party's
platform, and the Bill was drawn by the Attorney-General
and introduced.

House Bill Nos. 696, 697, 698 and 699—Providing for the
consolidation of the Labor Department of the State under the
Bureau of Statistics and Labor.

House Bill No. 198—Providing for the Abolishment of the
Envelope System of Voting.

House Bill No. 197—Providing for a Registration Day
before the Primaries.

House Bill No. 536—Relating to "Corrupt Pratices" and
Regulating Expenses in both Primary and General Elections.

In addition to the above, the General Education Bill, in
compliance with the Educational Survey's report has been
prepared and introduced and has our warmest support.
