Chapter 651 of the Acts of 1914; 126-A, as amended by Chap-
ter 82 of the Acts of 1914; 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133,
136, 137, 138, 139, 142, 143, 144, 145, and 173 of said Article
77 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws of Mary-
land, entitled 'Public Education, ' and Section 1-127 and Sec-
tion 2-124-A of Chapter 173 of the Acts of 1912, sub-title
'School Attendance, ' to be known hereafter as Sections 156
and 162, respectively, of said Article 77; and to add forty-
four new sections to said Article 77 of Bagby's Annotated
Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Public Edu-
cation, ' same to be designated and numbered as follows: 12-A,
12-B, 12-C, 12-D, 12-E and 12-F, the same to follow 12 of said
Article 77; 17-A, 17-B, 17-0, 17-D and 17-E, the same to fol-
low 17 of said Article 77; 19-A and 19-B, the same to follow
19 of said Article 77; 20-A and 20-B, the same to follow 20 of
said Article 77; 21-A, 21-B, 21-C and 21-D, the same to follow
21 of said Article 77; 25-A, 25-B, 25-0, 25-D, 25-E, 25 F, 25-G,
25-H, 25-1, 25 J, 25-K, 25-L and 25-M, the same to follow 25
of said Article 77; 31-A and 31-B, the same to follow 31 of
said Article 77; 72-A, 72-B, 72-C, 72-D, 72-E, 72-F, 72-G, 72-H,
72-I and 72-J, the same to follow 72 of said Article 77; the same
being designed to harmonize existing laws relating to public
education; to provide for and distribute in a more systematic
and equitable manner public school funds, and to provide for
a more thorough and efficient system of administration and
supervision of public education in the State of Maryland. "

Also House Bill No. 344, entitled "An Act to further pro-
tect the game of the State by adding a new section to Article
99 of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Wild Fowl—Birds
and Game, ' to be known as Section 72. " [Endorsed: "Read
the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was
read the first time and referred to the Committee on Fish and
Game. ]

Also House Bill No. 343, entitled "An Act to repeal Section
28 of Article 99 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title Wild Fowl—Birds and Game, ' and to re-enact, with
amendments, and number as follows: Section 28-A-M. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "]
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Fish and Game. ]
