legislation as to the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, af-
fecting the fishing and crabbing industry, is invited to meet
with the Virginia Committee on Tuesday, January 18, at 8
o'clock P. M., at Murphy's Hotel, Richmond, Va. A repre-
sentative of the National Bureau of Fisheries and our Com-
mission of Fisheries are expected to be present and the mem-
bers of your Shell Fish and Fisheries Commission are invited
to be present. Please communicate this telegram to members
of the committee and of the Shell Fish and Fisheries Commis-
sion and have them wire reply.

Mr. Cooper submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

January 14, 1916.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message, proposing to adjourn to-
day until Tuesday, January 18, at 1 o'clock P. M., and concur
therein.

Delegates. ]

Judicial Proceedings — Messrs. Ogden, Bennett, Frick,
Archer, Legg, Norris, Shepherd, Allen and Williams.

Corporations—Messrs. Johnson, Norris, Holmead, Jones,
Frick, Cooper, Mudd, Bomberger and Kaufman.

Elections—Messrs. Frick, Bennett, Jones, Legg, Duvall, Hol-
mead, Mudd, Speicher and Parsons.

Inspections—Messrs. Harrison, Norris, Bennett, Joy and
Bomberger.

Education—Messrs. Legg, Ogden, Harrison, Joy and Bom-
berger.

Agriculture and Labor—Messrs. Collier, Holmead, Norris,
Harrison, Warfield, Parsons and Kaufman.

Executive Nominations—Messrs. Shepherd, Frick, Johnson,
Legg and Zihlman.
