Also House Bill No. 602, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 214 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's county, providing for clerks
to the treasurer of said county. " [Endorsed: "Read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the
first time and referred to Senators Holmead, Jones and John-
son. ]

Also House Bill No. 570, entitled "An Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Cecil county to appropriate money
for the construction and maintenance of the Maternity Depart-
ment of the Union Hospital of Cecil county. " [Endorsed:
"Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which
was read the first time and referred to Senators Williams,
Cooper and Archer. ]

Also House Bill No. 165, entitled "An Act to authorize the
Treasurer of the State of Maryland and the Board of County
Commissioners of Baltimore county to refund to James, W.
Shea, certain moneys for an unused retail liquor dealer's
license. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays. "] [Which was read the -first time and referred to
the Committee on Finance. ']

Also House Bill No. 8, entitled "An Act to authorize and
direct the Comptroller of the State Treasury, to refund to
Abraham A. Windeshein, money paid by him for auctioneer
license granted to him, which was never used. " [Endorsed:
"Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Fi-
nance. ]

Also House Bill No. 26, entitled "An Act to repeal Sections
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of Chapter 514 of the Acts of
Assembly of Maryland of 1910, as the same were repealed and
re-enacted by Chapter 457 of the Acts of Assembly of 1912,
and by Chapter 357 of the Acts of Assembly of Maryland of
1914, and to re-enact, with amendments, Sections 2 to 22, both
inclusive; the said re-enacted sections being a new charter for
the town of Mount Rainier, in Prince George's county, Mary-
land. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred to
Senators Holmead, Jones and -Johnson. ]
