Also House Bill No. 399, entitled "An Act to repeal Sec-
tion 175-C of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, title 'Allegany County, ' under sub-title
'Intoxicating Liquors, ' as enacted by the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1894, Chapter 140; and the Acts of 1904, Chapter
57; and the Acts of 1906, Chapter 176; and the Acts of 1908,
Chapter 628; and the Acts of 1910, Chapter 296; and to re-
enact the same with amendments. " [Endorsed: "Read the
third time and passed by yeas and nays. "] [Which was read
the first time and referred to the Committee on Temperance]

Also House Bill No. 449, entitled "An Act authorizing and
directing the County Commissioners of Montgomery county
to issue bonds to an amount not to exceed fifteen thousand
($15, 000) dollars, for the, purpose of building, improving and
relocating the public road from Darnestown to Seneca Mill,
a distance of about three and one-half (3 1/2) miles, provided
that certain donations be made, as hereinafter provided, to the
said County Commissioners to be applied by them for the pur-
poses herein; and to collect and levy taxes in the Sixth Elec-
tion District of said county for the payment of said bonds
and interest coupons thereon; provided further that the said
issue of bonds be authorized by the registered and qualified
voters of the Sixth Election District at an election to be held
in the manner prescribed by the Board of County Commis-
sioners, if in their judgment such election be to the public
interest. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred
to Senators Jones, Holmead and Johnson. ]

Also House Bill No. 210, entitled "An Act to repeal and
" re-enact, with amendments, Chapter 202 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1892, as repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, by Chapter 237 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1894, said Chapter 202 of the
Acts of 1892 being entitled 'An Act to regulate fishing with
hook and line in the waters of Back River, Seneca Creek and
Seneca River and other waters in Baltimore county; ' the
intent and purpose of this Act and effect of the amendments
herein made being to prohibit fishing with hook and line from
any boat or float in the waters of Back River and other waters
of Baltimore county from the first day of November to the
