By Mr. Legg, by request: Senate Bill No. 560, entitled "An
Act to add one additional section to Article 18 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Queen Anne's county, '

sub-title 'Roads, ' to follow Section 230-K, and to be known
as Section 230-L. " [Which was read the first time and re-
ferred to Senators Legg, Collier and Cooper. ]

By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 561, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 250 and 251 of
Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Harford
County, ' sub-title 'Sheriff, ' and to add two new sections to
said Article 13, to be known as Section 251-A and 251-B; ""
[Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Archer> Allen and Frick. ]

By Mr. Norris: Senate Bill No. 562, entitled "An Act to re-
peal Section 5 of Article 57 of the Annotated Code of Public
Civil Laws of Maryland, title 'Limitation of Actions. ' " [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Judi-
cial Proceedings. ']

By Mr. Joy: Senate Bill No. 563, entitled "An Act defining
or establishing the boundary line between the mouth of the
Patuxent River and the Chesapeake Bay. " [Which was read
the first time and referred to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and Tributaries. ]

By Mr. Frick: Senate Bill No. 564, entitled "An Act to
repeal Section 283 of Article 23 of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland of the year 1912, title 'Corporations, ' sub-
title 'Railroads, ' and re-enact the same with amendments. "
[Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations. ]

By the President: Senate Bill No. 565, entitled "An Act to add
a new section to Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland of 1910, as legalized by Chapter 16 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1914, title 'Crimes and Punishments, '

sub-title 'Sodomy, ' said new section so added to said Article 27
to come in immediately after Section 439 of said Article 27
and to be known as Section 439-A of said Article 27, making
it a crime for any person to take into his or her mouth the
sexual organ of any other person or animal, or to place his
or her sexual organ in the mouth of any other person or ani-
mal, or to commit any other unnatural or perverted sexual
practice with any other person or animal, prescribing the
form of indictment which shall be sufficient in describing said
