By Mr. Bomberger: Senate Bill No. 557, entitled "An Act
to repeal Chapter 130 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of the year 1914, entitled 'An Act to add an
additional section to Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Washington County, " sub-title "Col-
lectors of Taxes, " to follow Section 78-A of said Article, as
the same was enacted by Chapter 8 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1902, and to be known as Section
78-B thereof, relating to the electing of a tax collector by the
qualified voters of Washington county, his duties, obligations,
compensation and bond, providing for vacancies in said office
and a collector until an election be had under this Act. '"

By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 558, entitled "An Act to
repeal Sections 88, 89, 90, 93, 94, 96, 101, 110 and 117 of Article
72 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (Bagby's edition), title
'Oysters, ' sub-title 'Oyster Culture7; to repeal Sections 91, 92
and 95 of said Article 72, as amended by Sections 89, 90 and
93 of Chapter 265 of the Acts of 1914; to repeal Sections 96-A,
96-B and 96-C of said Article 72 (third volume, Bagby's Code),
as enacted by Sections 94-A, 94-B and 94-C of Chapter 265 of
the Acts of 1914; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Sections 99 and 113 of said Article 72 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (Bagby's edition), to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 100 of said Article, as amended by Chap-
ter 53& of the Acts of 1912 and by Chapter 265 of the Acts
of 1914, Sections 102, 104 and 114,. as amended by Chapter
539 of the Acts of 1912, Sections 85, 105 and 106, as amended
by Chapter 265 of the Acts of 1914, Sections 114-A and 117-A
(third volume, Bagby's Code), as enacted by Sections 112-A
and 115-A of Chapter 539 of the Acts of 1912 and amended
by Chapter 265 of the Acts of 1914; and to add six new sec-
tions to said Article 72—one to follow Section 87 and to be
known as Section 87-A, designating the areas which shall be
open for lease under the provisions of this sub-title; one to
follow Section 106 and to be known as Section 106-A, provid-
ing for the settlement of boundary disputes between lessees;
one to follow Section 113 and to be known as Section 113-A,
providing for the taking of seed oysters from the head of the
bay; one to follow Section 116 and to be known as Section
116-A, giving lessees power to arrest in certain cases; one to
follow Section 118 and to be known as Section 118-A, provid-
ing a right of action with double damages to one injured by
violations of certain sections of this sub-title; one to follow
