General Laws of Maryland, title "Elections, " sub-title "Regis-
tration"; said new section to be known as Section 29 B and
to apply only to Caroline county, to Worcester county, so that
the same shall apply to Worcester and Caroline counties, ' "

nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Elections. ']

Also House Bill No. 468, entitled "Ah Act to change the
district lines of Election District No. 10, Precinct No. 1, and

corporate the contributors to the Baltimore General Dispen-
sary, ' " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred to
the Committee on Corporations]

Also House Bill No. 554, entitled "An Act to authorize and
direct the Board of County Commissioners of Charles county,
Maryland, to turn over to the Board of County School Com-
missioners of said county certain moneys, known as the 'Dog
Tax Fund, ' to be used by them in the building of new school-
