No. 2—"After the word 'years' at the end of line 2 of Sec-
tion 86, page 19 of the printed Bill, insert the following:

'Who are assessed with at least one hundred dollars' worth
of real or personal property on the tax books of said town. ' v
[Which was read and adopted. ]

No. 3—"Strike out all of Section 114 on page 26 of the
printed Bill, down to and including the words 'vote, ' and the
period following in line 5 of said section. " [Which was read
and adopted. ]

No. 4—"Add a new section to follow Section 2 on page 124
of the printed Bill, to be known as Section 3, and to read as
follows:

' Section 3. And be it further enacted, That the Counter
Commissioners of Harford county be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to pay to Robert H. Archer, Jr., the
sum of six hundred and thirty-five dollars ($635) for codify-
ing Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Harford County, " and preparing this Bill, said sum of
money to be paid on or before the first day of July, 1916. '"'
[Which was read and adopted. ]

No. 5—"Strike out the comma after the word 'resident' in
line 53 of Section 133 on page 31 of the printed Bill. " [Which
was read and adopted. ]
