additional powers upon the Easton Utilities Commission. "

repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 48 of Article
21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland,
title 'Talbot County, ' sub-title 'Easton, ' as enacted by Chapter
458 of the Acts passed at the General Assembly of Maryland,
at the January Session, 1906. " [Which was read the first time
and referred to Senators Collier, Cooper and Legg. ]

By Mr. Speicher:. Senate Bill No. 523, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 37 of Article 91
of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Surveyor and State
Survey, ' sub-title 'Public Roads. '" [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

By Mr. Bomberger: Senate Bill No. 524, entitled "An Act to
repeal Section 157 of Article 22 of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title Washington County, ' sub-title 'Hagerstown, '

and to re-enact the same with amendments. " [Which was read
the first time and referred to Senators Bomberger, Frick and
Zihlman. ]
