INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

By Mr. Norris: Senate Bill No. 509, entitled "An Act to
declare the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to certain gifts and bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Philip C. Mueller, late of Baltimore county,
in the State of Maryland, deceased, to and for the use and
benefit of sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations,
denominations or sects, and to certain charitable institu-
tions. " [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Frick: Senate Bill No. 510, entitled "An Act to
add an additional section to Article 27 of the Code of Public
General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punishments, 7 sub-title 'Bar-
ratry, ' to be known as Section 18-A. " [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings. ]

By Mr. Frick: Senate Bill No. 511, entitled "An Act to
add an additional section to Article 17 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title 'Clerks of Courts, ' sub-title
'Clerk of the Court of Appeals'; said new section to be known
as Section 43-A and to follow immediately after the section
numbered 43 in Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public Civil
Laws of Maryland, providing for the printing of records by
printers selected by the parties or their counsel, and the man-
ner in which records shall be printed. " [Which was read the
