sub-title 'Coroners, ' and relating to physicians' charges for
post-mortems and autopsies. " [Which was read the first time
and referred to Senators Duvall, Johnson and Ogden. ]

repeal and re enact, with amendments, Section 186 of Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Anne
Arundel County, ' sub-title 'Orphans' Court, ' as repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, by Chapter 95 of the Acts of
1892 and by Chapter 109 of the Acts of 1902. " [Which was
read the first time and referred to Senators Duvall, Johnson
and Ogden. ]

By Mr. Shepherd: Senate Bill No. 487, entitled "An Act
to authorize the State Librarian, by and with the consent
and approval of the Library Committee of the Maryland State
Library, to sell, or otherwise dispose of, some books and docu-
ments now in said library, not deemed necessary or desirable
to be retained in said library, and to pay over the proceeds
of such sales to the State Treasurer. " [Which was read the
first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]
