Also House Bill No. 222, entitled "An Act to authorize the
Mayor and Council of Brunswick, Frederick county, Maryland,
to issue and sell bonds to an amount of money not exceeding
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75, 000), for the purpose of
providing payment for such permanent improvements to the
water system of said town as may be found necessary or de-
sirable, and for the purpose of building reservoirs, acquiring
title to land in Washington and Frederick counties, Maryland,
and making such improvements and extensions to its water
system as it shall think proper, provided that such improve-
ments, extensions and acquisition of land and the approxi-
mate amount to be expended therefor shall receive the assent
of the qualified voters of the town of Brunswick before such
bonds are issued and sold. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time
and passed by yeas and nays"] [Which was read the first
time and referred to Senators Kaufman, Bomberger and
Zihlman. ]

Also House Bill No. 417, entitled "An Act to protect Quail,
Partridges and Bob-white within the limits of Frederick
county, Maryland, until the tenth day of November, 1921. "
[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays. "] [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Fish and Game. ]

Also House Bill No. 340, entitled "An Act to repeal Sec-
tion 134 and Section 143, Chapter 88 of the Acts of 1902 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Allegany County, ' sub-title
'Frostburg, ' providing for the election of Mayor and the
salary of the Mayor and Councilmen and other officers of the
town of Frostburg, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays"] [Which was read the first time and referred to
Senators Zihlman, Speicher and Kaufman. ]

Also House Bill No. 408, entitled "An Act to authorize the
Mayor and Council of Rockville to issue bonds to an amount
not to exceed nine thousand dollars, to refund six thousand
dollars of the bonds issued for the construction of the water
works and to complete the water and sewer system. " [En-
dorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays. "]
[Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Jones, Johnson and Holmead. ]

Also House Bill No. 425, entitled "An Act to regulate the
