sub-title. ''Building or Homestead Associations, ' as said sec-
tion was amended by Chapter 240 of the Acts of 1904, which
Act is codified as Section 138 of Article 23 of the first volume
of Bagby's Code of 1912. " [Which was read the first time and
referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

By Mr. Norris: Senate Bill No. 462, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 198 of Chapter
140 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896,
and codified as Section 211 of Article 81 of the second volume
of Bagby's Code of 1912. " [Which was read the first time and
referred to the Committee on Finance. ]

By Mr. Ogden: Senate Bill No. 463, entitled "An Act re-
quiring a true statement of the actual consideration for the
conveyance or lease of real or leasehold property, before a
deed, assignment or lease may be recorded, and to provide
penalties for violation of. this Act; said Act to follow Sec-
tion 9 of Article 21 of Bagby's Code of Public Civil Laws of
Maryland, title 'Conveyancing, ' and to be known as Sections
9-A, 9-B and 9-C of said Article. " [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

Mr. Allen moved to reconsider the vote by which the Com-
mittee's unfavorable report was adopted on

SENATE BILL No. 104, BY MR. ALLEN.
SUBJECT: REVENUE AND TAXES.

Whereupon Mr, Norris moved to lay the motion on the table..
