erect and maintain a drawbridge over South River, from
Taylorsville on the south side of said river, in the First Dis-
trict of said county, to Tucker's Landing on the north side of
said river, in the Second District of said county; to issue
bonds not exceeding $25, 000, for the purpose of constructing
said bridge; to levy annually a sum on the taxable property
of said county to provide for the maintenance of said bridge,
and to retire said bonds as they mature, and to authorize said
County Commissioners to make rules and regulations for the
use of said bridge and protection of same. " [Which was read

Department, ' relating to fraudulent practices by agents, solici-
tors, physicians and other persons in relation to insurance and
