ported favorably, with amendment,

SENATE BILL No. 113, BY MR.. WILLIAMS, BY RE-
QUEST.

SUBJECT: MARRIAGES..

Amendment proposed by Committee: "Amend by striking
out line 4, Section 7, the word 'parents' and inserting the
words 'parent who is the custodian. '" [Which was laid over
under the rules. ]

SENATE BILL No. 172, BY MR. ARCHER.

SUBJECT: HAVRE DE GRACE AND PERRYVILLE
BRIDGE COMPANY.

[Messrs. Ogden and Legg, of the Committee, having voted
for an unfavorable report; Mr. Frick being absent. ] [Which
favorable report was adopted, which was read the second time
and ordered printed for a third reading. ].

SENATE BILL No. 9, BY MR. SPEICHER,

SUBJECT: MANUFACTURE OR SALE OF SPIRITUOUS
OR FERMENTED LIQUORS IN THE STATE.

With amendments as printed in the Senate Journal of
March 2, 1916, [Which was read and made the order of the
day for March 7, 1916, at 12 o'clock noon. ]

At 12 o'clock noon, on motion of Mr. Cooper, the Senate
adjourned until Monday, March 6, at 8 o'clock P. M.
