Ranier, Prince George's county, Maryland, to establish, con-
struct and maintain a water and sewerage system for said
town, to issue and sell the bonds of said town to an amount not
exceeding one hundred thousand ($100, 000) dollars to pay
for the same, and to provide for the redemption and payment
of said bonds and the interest thereon by an annual front-foot
assessment on the real property in said town abutting on the
water and sewer mains, and to make the principal and in-
terest of said bonds the direct obligation of said town. " [En-

sum of money to defray the expenses of the interment of the
bodies of deceased soldiers, sailors and marines who served

direct the School Commissioners of Frederick county to ap-

wick Industrial Company's addition to Brunswick, in said

State's Attorney for Talbot county to act as attorney to the
