ORDERS.
By Mr. Duvall: Ordered, by the Senate, that the President
appoint two members of the Senate, who in co-operation with
two members of the House of Delegates, to be appointed by
the Speaker thereof, and two members of the Third House,
will form a committee to arrange and conduct the General
Assembly Ball to be held at Annapolis during this Session.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 355, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 52 of Article
56 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public Civil Laws, title
'Licenses, ' sub-title 'Traders, ' and to add a new section to said
Article 56, to be known as Section 52-A. " [Which was read
the first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]
By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 356, entitled "An Act to
"authorize and direct the State Roads Commission to construct
a highway in Harford county between Reese's Corner and
the Pennsylvania Line, to connect with the road leading from
said line to the town of Fawn Grove in Pennsylvania. " [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Finance. ]
By Mr. Archer: Senate Bill No. 357, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize and direct the State Roads Commission to construct a
highway in Harford and Baltimore counties, between Aberdeen,
in Harford county, and Cowenton, in Baltimore county, to
connect the improved roads heretofore constructed to these
points, and to make an appropriation therefor. " [Which was
read the first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. ]
By Mr. Archer, by request: Senate Bill No. 358, entitled
"An Act to add an additional section to Article 33 of the
Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland, title 'Elections, ' sub-
title 'Registration, ' said new section to follow Section 30 and
to be known as Section 30-A. " [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Elections. ]
