out the following names: 'Manlon P. Lee, Harry Rash' and in
lieu thereof insert the following: 'Morris Bramble, Dr. Frank
Smith. '"

"In Section 9, page 3, lines 1, 2 and 3 of the printed Bill,
strike out the following: 'John C. Davis, Thomas G. Wroth,
Jefferson L. Smyth, Charles L. Dodd and Charles S. Smith'
and in lieu thereof insert the following: 'the Kent County
School Board and Jefferson L. Smyth. ' "

the following 'nine thousand and five hundred' and in lieu
