Amendments proposed by Committees

No. 1—"In Section 93-A, page 2, line 10, of the printed
Bill, strike out the figures '$2. 00' and insert in lieu thereof
the figures '$1. 00. '"

No. 2—"In Section 93-A, page 2, line 15, of the printed
Bill,, strike out the figures '$2. 00' and insert in lieu thereof
the figures '$1. 00. '"

No. 3—"In Section 93-A, page 2, lines 15 to 22, of the
printed Bill, strike out the words 'the Conservation Com-
mission of Maryland shall supply sufficient license numbers
to the various court clerks above mentioned, and said clerks
when issuing such licenses shall furnish each licensee a set
of figures corresponding to the number of his license. Every
person licensed to catch soft or hard crabs shall place or
mark his license number upon the starboard prow or fore-
sail of the boat used by him in conspicuous figures not
less than four inches high, ' and insert in lieu thereof the words
'provided that such license shall not authorize the taking or
catching of crabs in any creek, cove, river, inlet, bay or
sound within the limit of any county other than that wherein
the license shall have been granted, and that the boundaries
of the counties or navigable waters shall be strictly construed
so as not to permit the residents of either county to take
or catch crabs beyond the middle of the dividing channel;
provided that nothing in this section shall be so construed
as to prevent the citizens of Queen Anne's and Kent counties
from using the waters of the Chester River in common, or
the citizens of Dorchester and Wicomico counties from using
the waters of Nanticoke River in common, or the citizens of
of Queen Anne's and Talbot counties, from using the waters
of Wye River and the mouth thereof in common, or the citi-
zens of Dorchester and Talbot counties from using the waters
of the Choptank River in common. ' "

after the words 'cooked hard, ' insert the words 'or soft. '"

No. 5—"In Section 93-B, page 3, line 9, of the printed
Bill, strike out the figure '$15' and insert in lieu thereof the
