Sheriff of Somerset county, Maryland, to arrest certain alleged

county, a portion of the tax levied upon the property within
the limits of the town of Oxford' and to re-enact the same so

entitled 'Registration of Nurses, ' as enacted by Chapter 172 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
session of 1904, to provide for State Registration of Nurses. "
