Manufacturers Association of Baltimore, opposing the passage
of any State-wide Prohibition Bill. [Which was read and
referred to the Committee on Temperance. ]
Also a petition of William J. Brandt, E. C. Shriver, Jr., and
W. H. Brandt in favor of submitting the question of the pro-
hibition of the manufacture and sale of alcoholic liquors in
this State at a special election to be held in 1916 and in favor
of the Bill for State-wide Prohibition. [Which was read and
referred to the Committee on Temperance. ]
Also a petition of the Glass Bottle Blowers' Association of
the United States and Canada against the passage of a State-
wide Prohibition Bill. [Which was read and referred to the
Committee on Temperance. ]
Also a petition of the Association of Fire Underwriters of
Baltimore city against the submission to the voters of the
State of the question of State-wide Prohibition. [Which was
read and referred to the Committee on Temperance. ]
Also a petition of the Baltimore Building Trades Mechanics'
Council of the American Federation of Labor, in favor of
Senate Bill No. 130, introduced by Senator Ogden, in favor of
the initiative in our State Constitution. [Which was read and

tion. ]
Also a petition of the Musical Union of Baltimore city, urg-
ing the adoption and passage of Senate Bill No. 130, intro-
duced by Senator Ogden, providing for the right of initiative
in our State Constitution. [Which was read and referred to
the Committee on Amendments to the Constitution. ]
Also a petition of Dr. Robert P. Winterode, superintend-
ent of the Crownsville State Hospital for the Colored Insane, of
