due; and further authorizing the said Mayor and Town Coun-
cil to make such further extension to said system from time
to time within the corporate limits of said town as in their
judgment may seem fit and proper; to incur indebtedness
therefor; provide for the time of payment of the debt incurred
and to pay for the same by a special levy on the abutting
property to said water and sewer mains and on the assessable
property of said town of Kensington, in the same manner as
now levied and collected by said town of Kensington for re-
demption of its bonds, and payment of interest thereon, issued
and sold for the purpose of installing said water and sewer

repeal and re-enact, with amendments, those portions of Sec-

for shooting, catching, killing or hunting for or having in
possession, dead or alive, any partridge, quail, dove, wood-
cock, squirrel or rabbit within the limits of Somerset county. "

amend the charter of the Suburban Securities Company, a

repeal Section 22 of Article 53 of the Code of Public General

to the Board of County School Commissioners of Calvert
county a sum of money from the proceeds of the State school

repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 4 and 5 of
Article 23 of the Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland, as
said sections were enacted by Chapter 789 of the Acts of 1914,
title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Provisions for Formation, ' and
to add a new and additional section to said Article 23; said
