after the words 'nine o'clock P. M., ' in line 4 of printed Bill,
^from October 1st to June 1st, or after ten o'clock P. M. from
June 1st to October 1st. ' " [Which was read and adopted. ]

printed Bill, 'or shall be engaged on some errand of neces-
sity or mercy, or shall be going from or to his or her home or
place of employment in the course of his or her occupation, '"
