The President laid before the Senate, Bills for a third read-
ing as follows:

Senate Bill No. 34, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 31 of Article 93 of the Anno-
tated bode of Public General Laws of Maryland of 1911 (Bag-
by's Code), title 'Corporations, ' sub-title 'Amendments After
Organization. ' " Which was read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays as follows:

County Commissioners of Baltimore county to have the same
printed in such numbers as they deem proper and to sell the
same. " Which was read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays as follows:
