By Mr. Speicher: Senate Bill No. 111, entitled "An Act to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 18 of Chapter
201 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, at its
Session of 1886, entitled 'An Act to repeal Chapter 519 of the
Acts of 1884, entitled An Act to incorporate the town of Deer
Park, in Garrett county, and to re-enact the same with amend--
ments. '" [Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations. ]

By Mr. Speicher: Senate Bill No. 112, entitled "An Act to
sanction and make valid a certain purchase, sale and deed of
conveyance, made by Daniel Annan and others to the Mayor
and Common Council of Deer Park, Garrett -county, Mary-
land, on the 6th day of April, 1913, and which said deed is
recorded in Liber No. 66, folio 429, one of the land records of
said Garrett county. " [Which was read the first time and
referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ']

By Mr. Williams, by request: Senate Bill No. 113, entitled
"An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 5,
7 and 11 of Article 62 of the Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title 'Marriages, ' and to add a new section to said Article
62, to be known as Section 16. " [Which was read the first
time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. ]

By Mr. Norris: Senate Bill No. 114, entitled "An Act to
repeal Article 81, Section 115, of Bagby's Annotated Code of
Maryland, title 'Revenue and Taxes, 7 sub-title 'Tax on Com-
missions of Executors and Administrators, ' and to reenact
the same with amendments, so as to read as follows. ", [Which
was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Finance. ]

By Mr. Allen, by request: Senate Bill No. 115, entitled "An
Act to authorize and require the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county to make a special levy of not more than
twenty cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessable
real estate in the village of Lutherville, Baltimore county, for
the maintenance, upkeep and improvement of roads and paths
in said village, if twenty-five or more persons owning taxable
real estate in said village shall petition therefor, and to repeal
Chapter 294 of the Acts of 1914. " [Which was read the first
time and. referred to Senators Allen,, War field and Archer. ]
