conveyance, made by Daniel Annan and others to the Mayor

recorded in Liber No. 66, folio 429, one of the land records of

Act to authorize and require the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county to make a special levy of not more than
twenty cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessable
real estate in the village of Lutherville, Baltimore county, for
the maintenance, upkeep and improvement of roads and paths
in said village, if twenty-five or more persons owning taxable
real estate in said village shall petition therefor, and to repeal
Chapter 294 of the Acts of 1914. " [Which was read the first
