Ordered, That Jacob Frazier, Reginald Geraci and Harry Ro-
sati, messengers to the telephone exchange, be paid the sum of
twenty-five dollars ($25) each for services rendered to the
Senate of 1916; to be taken from appropriation for legislative
expenses for Session of 1916. [Which unfavorable report was
adopted. ]
Also unfavorably the following order by Br. Zihlman:
Ordered, That the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) each
be paid to W. O. Anderson, Jr., and W. E. Rowens, Jr., re-
porters for the daily press, for services rendered the Senate;
same to be taken from the appropriation made by the Acts of
1914 for the Legislature of 1916. [Which unfavorable report
was adopted. ]
Also unfavorably the following order by Mr. Jones: Ordered,
That Robert F. Ellers be paid for seven hundred hours' work
overtime during this session as electrician and other services
rendered, at sixty cents per hour, making a total of four hun-
dred and twenty dollars ($420). [Which unfavorable report
was adopted. ]
Also favorably the f olio wing order: Ordered, That the State
Printers furnish two hundred copies of the Revised Rules of
Senate for the sum of twenty-five dollars; same to be taken
from appropriation for State printing for this session. Which
favorable report was adopted and order passed by yeas and
