out of the money appropriated by the Acts of 1914 for the
legislative expenses of the Session of 1916. Which favor-
able report was adopted and order passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

Also unfavorably the following order by Mr. Legg: Ordered,
that the Senate employes be allowed their pay from the first
of session, 1916, and they are also hereby allowed the usual
mileage or traveling expenses as heretofore'allowed, to be taken
from the appropriation of 1914 for expenses of the Session of
1916.

Mr. Legg moved to substitute the Bill for the unfavorable

report. Which motion was rejected by yeas and nays as

follows:
