'stenographer' the words 'to the clerk.?"

On motion of Mr. Cooper, the House amendments were con-
curred in and Bill, as amended, was passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

SUBJECT: INSPECTION—SEED.

-[Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as amended"] .

Amendments proposed by House of Delegates:

"Strike out the amendment offered to this Bill on its second
reading by Mr. Corbett, which provided for striking out in
line 14, page .5, Section 103-B of printed Bill all after the
words 'not tested seed' and all of lines 15, 16 and 17 and
reinstate the same just as it was in the printed Bill before this
amendment was adopted; and add a new sub-section to be
known as C and to read as follows:

'C. To agricultural seed sold by one farmer to another:
provided that if such seed is advertised for sale and is de-
livered through a common carrier, then the seller shall be
deemed to be a vender and said seed and seller shall be sub-
ject to all the requirements of this Act.'"

"In line 14, page 5, Section 103-B of the printed Bill, strike
out all after the words 'not tested seed;' also strike out all
of lines 15, 16 and 17 of the same section."

On motion of Mr. Collier, the House amendments were con-
curred in and Bill, as amended, was passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
