and conveyance by Robert MacDonald and Eleanor H. Mac-
Donald, his wife, to the trustees of the Presbyterian Congre-
gation of Allegany county, a corporation duly incorporated
under the laws of Maryland, of a lot of ground and the im-
provements thereon in the City of Cumberland, Allegany
county, 'Maryland. "

Senate Bill No. 76, entitled "An Act to propose an amend-
ment to Section 52 of. Article 111, title Legislative Department
of the Constitution of tins State, regulating the making of
appropriations by the General Assembly of Maryland in regu-
lar session, and to provide for the submission of said amend-
ment to the qualified voters of this State for adoption or re-
jection. "
