Senate Bill No. 63, entitled aAn Act to change the name of
the 'Old Guard of the 4th Regiment Infantry, M. N. G. ' to
the 'Old Guard, M. N., G.,' by an amendment of Section 91c,
Chapter 57, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1912, which added a new Section to Article 65 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title 'Militia. '"

[Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Militia. ]

By Mr. Frick:

Senate Bill No. "64, entitled "An Act to declare the sanction

and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the sale,
grant and conveyance to 'The Beth Israel Hebrew Congrega-
tion of Baltimore city, ' a body corporate, by Max Cohen, et
al., and by Lewis E. Morgan of certain lots of ground in Bal-
timore city. "

mittee on Judicial Proceedings. ]
