Also House Bill No. 880, entitled "An Act to repeal Chapter
50 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session, 1910, entitled 'An Act to repeal Chap-
ter 441 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January Session, 1908, entitled "An Act to
repeal Sections 157, 158, 159 and 160 of Article 9 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title 'Charles County, ' sub-title 'Roads
and Bridges, ' and Chapter 284 of the Acts of 1898, Chapter
227 of the Acts of 1902 and Chapter 432 of the Acts of 1906";
and to repeal Chapter 7 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1912, entitled
'An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
158 and 160-C of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Charles County, " sub-title "Roads and Bridges, " as said
sections were enacted by Chapter 5. 0 of the Acts of 1910, ' and
all Acts or parts of Acts amendatory of the aforesaid sections,
and to re-enact the same, with amendments; and to add certain
new sections to the aforegoing Article, to come in after Sec-
tion 160-C,. providing for the issuing of bonds by the Comity
Commissioners of Charles county for the construction of perma-
nent roads in said county under the provisions of this Act,
to be designated as sections 160-D, 160-E, 160-F, 160-G, 160-H,
160-1, 160-J, 160-K, 160-L, 160 M, and 160-N, and submitting
to the registered and qualified voters of Charles county whether
or not this Act in all of its provisions, excepting Section 2,
shall become the road and bridge law for said Charles county
on and after the first day of April, in the year 1917; providing
for the submission of such question to the voters of said
county and declaring the effect of such referendum. " [En-

Also House Bill No. 905, entitled "An Act to appropriate
certain sums of moneys to the support of sundry schools and
charitable institutions in the State of Maryland for each of
the two fiscal years ending on the thirtieth day of Septem-
ber, 1917, and on the thirtieth day of September, 1918, re-
spectively. " [Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
