to Article 75 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Pleadings, Practice and Process at Law; 7 said
section to follow immediately after Section 23 of said Article
and to be designated as Section 23-A, concerning suits by and
against joint stock companies or unincorporated associa-

survey and mark the boundary lines between Prince George's

Also House Bill No. 558, entitled "An Act to authorize and
direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Talbot county to
have a new index of the land records of said county from the
settlement of the county to the year 1833 made on the Camp-
bell System, and to direct the Board of County Commis-
sioners of said county to levy a sum of money to pay therefor. "

require the Governor of the State of Maryland to appoint the
