Ordered, That the Senate Committee on Rules be requested
to amend Section 6 of Rule 21, so as to provide all amend-
ments proposed by a committee must be sent to the desk in
triplicate, and all amendments proposed by a Senator on the
floor must be offered in duplicate; and all orders that require
a reference to a committee also be offered in triplicate.

Ordered, That the Senate Committee on Rules be requested
to amend the Senate rules relating to the introduction of
Bills, so as to provide that Bills introduced for the purpose
of sanctioning bequests, after the title of the same has been
journalized and record made of the same on his book by the
Secretary, be referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings without being first printed, unless the Senator intro-
ducing the same shall ask for such printing for special reason,
and to provide further under the Senate rules that all Bills
for sanctioning bequests be printed before the end of the ses-
sion in one omnibus bequest Bill.
