Amendment proposed by Mr. Shepherd: In Section 22 on
page 2 of the order, line 3, strike out the word "four" and in-
sert in lieu thereof the word "two. " [Which amendment was
adopted. ] [The question then recurring on the original order,
it was adopted as amended. ]
