River at or near the Iron Stone Ridge at a point commonly
known as Stump's Hill in said county, and the roads leading
thereto, constructed by James W. LeGore of said county, and
providing and directing the purchase of said bridge and roads
for fifty thousand dollars ($50, 000), and providing, authoriz-
ing and directing twenty thousand dollars ($20, 000) of said
purchase price to be paid by the County Commissioners of
Frederick county on behalf of and for said county and author-
izing and directing the County Commissioners of Frederick
county, for and on behalf of said county, to issue a good and
valid note or bonds bearing interest at 4 1/2 per cent, per an-
num as County Commissioners on the credit of said county,
to run for a period not longer than ten years and providing,
authorizing and directing the County Commissioners of Fred-
erick county to levy taxes to pay said note or bonds and in-
terest; and providing and directing that thirty thousand
dollars ($30, 000) of said purchase price to be paid out of
Frederick county's apportionment and allotment of the appro-
priations heretofore or that may hereafter be made by the
State for the construction of county or State-aid roads, and
authorizing and directing the County Commissioners of Fred-
erick county to draw upon and request the State Roads Com-
mission of Maryland to draw upon the Comptroller of the
Treasury for ten thousand dollars ($ 10, 000) out of Frederick
county's allotment of the appropriation made by the General
Assembly of 1914, for State-aid or county roads, and provid-
ing, authorizing and directing the County Commissioners of
Frederick county annually thereafter to draw upon and
request the State Roads Commission of Maryland to draw
upon the Comptroller of the Treasury for the sum of ten
thousand dollars ($10, 000) per annum out of Frederick
county's allotment or apportionment of the appropriations for
State-aid or county roads, and authorizing and directing the
State Roads Commission of Maryland to draw their warrants
upon the Comptroller of the Treasury for the sum of ten thou-
sand dollars ($10, 000) per annum out of Frederick county's
apportionment or allotment of the appropriations made or
hereafter made by the General Assembly of the State of
Maryland for State-aid or county roads or bridges, and au-
thorizing and directing the Comptroller to honor and pay said
warrants in favor of James W. LeGore, his heirs or assigns
until said payments shall equal the sum of thirty thousand
dollars ($30, 000) from the State Treasury; and further au-
thorizing and directing the Comptroller of the Treasury to
draw his warrants upon the Treasury of the State of Mary-
