(d)  Notwithstanding the provisions of other sections of this Code,
sales may be made on Sundays by the holder of a special Sunday
License according to the terms thereof.

(e)  The hours during which sales of alcoholic beverages may be
made under a "race track license" shall be from 2 hours preceding
the running of any authorized race until 2 hours after the running of
any authorized race, and not otherwise.

[(g) The hours established in this article for the sale of alcoholic
beverages in Anne Arundel County are hereby declared to be in ac-
cordance with Eastern Standard Time notwithstanding the pro-
visions of any local law establishing a different standard of time
for Anne Arundel County.

(h) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (g) the board
of license commissioners for Anne Arundel County are hereby au-
thorized to make or establish regulations requiring sales of alcoholic
beverages to be made only in accordance with such different standard
of time.

(i)] (f) The provisions of this section shall apply to the first,
second, third, fourth, fifth, seventh and eighth election districts of
Anne Arundel County only.

[(j)] (g) In the City of Annapolis the mayor, counsellor and alder-
men shall have the power to fix the hours of sale of the licenses au-
thorized to be issued in said city.

117.

(a)  In Anne Arundel County, no person under twenty-one years
of age shall be employed to sell, deliver or otherwise deed with alco-
holic beverages by the holder of any
RETAIL alcoholic beverage li-
cense in the county, but this section shall not prohibit the employment
of any one under the age of twenty-one by the holder of such a license
or in said establishments for any purpose other than selling, delivering
or otherwise dealing with alcoholic beverages.

(b)   (1) No person under twenty-one years of age, shall be em-
ployed by any holder of a Class D, beer, wine and liquor license in
the sale of alcoholic beverages, and no person under the age of
eighteen shall be employed for the sale of alcoholic beverages in any
other licensed establishment.

(2) Provided, however, that in Prince George's County, no person
under twenty-one years of age shall be employed to sell any alcoholic
beverages on sale by any holder of an alcoholic beverage license that
permits on-sale privileges and no person under the age of eighteen
shall be employed for the sale of alcoholic beverages in any other
licensed establishment. This section shall not prohibit the employ-
ment of anyone under the afore-mentioned prohibited age by the
holder of such a license or in said establishments for any purpose
except the sale of alcoholic beverages. No person under twenty-one
years of age shall sell, deliver or otherwise deal with alcoholic bever-
ages in any Class D licensed establishment and no person under the
age of eighteen years of age shall sell, deliver or otherwise deal with
alcoholic beverages in any other licensed establishment in said county.
