Arundel County and shall entitle the holder to sell at one or more
locations within the said beach or park said alcoholic beverages from
8 A. M. to 12 P. M. on every day from May 1 to September 30 of the
year of issue and from April 1 to April 30 of the next succeeding year
AND SHALL PERMIT THE PLAYING OF MUSIC UPON THE
SAID PREMISES.

(g) In the eighth election district of Anne Arundel County, the
owner or owners of any bona fide yacht club which has slip and/or
dockside capacity for not less than twenty-five yachts, which has a
bona fide membership of not less than fifty persons, and which has
not less than five acres of land immediately adjacent thereto, whether
an individual, association or corporation, shall, without further
residential, voting or locative qualifications, be entitled to procure a
license for the sale of any and all alcoholic beverages within the
confines of its said property limits. The cost for such license shall be
[$1,000.00] one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) each
$1,000.00 EACH calendar year AND SHALL PERMIT THE SALE
OF SUCH ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON EACH AND EVERY
DAY AND SHALL PERMIT THE PLAYING OF MUSIC AND
DANCING, AND NOTHING CONTAINED IN SUB-SECTION (A)
OF THIS SECTION, RELATING TO SPECIAL SUNDAY LI-
CENSES SHALL APPLY TO ANY LICENSES ISSUED PUR-
SUANT TO THIS SUBSECTION. Such licenses and the licenses there-
under shall be subject to all laws, rules and regulations applicable in
Anne Arundel County to the sale of alcoholic beverages, not incon-
sistent with the provisions of this subsection.

(H) (1) FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM MAY 1,
APRIL 30, 1961, THE NUMBER OF PREMISES FOR WHICH
LICENSES FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT
RETAIL MAY BE ISSUED IN ANY DISTRICT OF THE FIRST,
SECOND, THIRD FOURTH, FIFTH, SEVENTH OR EIGHTH
THE FOURTH PRECINCT OF THE FIFTH ELECTION DIS-
TRICTS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY SHALL BE LIMITED
TO THE NUMBER OF LICENSED PREMISES IN EXISTENCE
IN THE DISTRICT IN WHICH THE PREMISES ARE LOCATED
ON MAY 1, 1961 APRIL 30, 1961; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT
THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS OF ANNE ARUN-
DEL COUNTY ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO LIMIT THE
NUMBER OF LICENSES, OTHER THAN THOSE LICENSES
SPECIFIED IN SUBSECTION (H) (2) OF THIS SECTION,
ISSUED IN ANY PRECINCT OF ANY DISTRICT OF ANNE
ARUNDEL COUNTY FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.

(2) NOTHING IN THIS SUB-SECTION SHALL APPLY TO THE
ISSUANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TYPES OR CLASSES OF
LICENSES.

(A)  ANY CLASS C LICENSES AS SET FORTH IN SECTIONS
15 AND 20 OF THIS ARTICLE.

(B)   BEER, AND BEER AND WINE, CLASS C, 7. DAYS
LICENSES AS SET FORTH IN SUBSECTION (B) OF SECTION
25 OF THIS ARTICLE.

(C)  BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR, CLASS C, 7 DAYS LICENSES
AS SET FORTH IN SUBSECTION (C) OF SECTION 25 OF THIS
ARTICLE.
