charitable organization, the fee for such a license shall be five dollars
($5.00).

(c) Special beer, wine and liquor license, Class C, which shall entitle
the holder thereof to exercise any of the privileges conferred by the
said class of license for the use of any person holding a bona fide
entertainment conducted by a club, society, or association at the
place therein described for a period not exceeding seven consecutive
days, upon the payment of a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day;
provided that the provisions of section 103 of this article shall not
apply to holders of this license and alcoholic beverages sold under
this special license shall be purchased by such special license holder
from retail dealers. In [Baltimore County] Anne Arundel and Balti-
more Counties the fee for such a license shall be twenty-five dollars
($25.00) per day, except that for any bona fide religious, fraternal,
civic, war veterans', hospital or charitable organization, the fee for
such a license shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00).

(a)

(2) Any person holding a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages
in Anne Arundel County [ (except persons holding any Class BP,
WP, LP, or LT license, "Package Goods—off sale license", "Six day
tavern license", or "special licenses") ] issued by the board of license
commissioners for Anne Arundel County, shall, upon application
made as for new licenses and approval thereof by the board of license
commissioners for Anne Arundel County, as provided for by sections
60 and 67(c) of this article, be issued a license to be known as a
"special Sunday license", upon payment of the fee therefor as pro-
vided herein.

(4) [An annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid for each
"special Sunday license" issued. "Special Sunday licenses" shall be
issued by the clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County,
who shall retain a fee of fifty cents (50¢) for the issuance of each

such license.] An annual fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be paid

for each "Special Sunday License" issued for a premises entitled to
sell beer only; an AN annual fee of sixty dollars ($60.00) FIFTY
DOLLARS ($50.00) shall be paid for each ''Special Sunday License"
issued for a premises entitled to sell beer and light wines; and an
annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid for each
"Special Sunday License" issued for a premises entitled to sell beer,
wine and liquor. "Special Sunday Licenses'⁹ shall be issued by the
clerk of the Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County, who shall retain
a fee of fifty cents (50¢) for the issuance of each such license.

(b)

(2) The cost for such license shall be [$750.00] one thousand two
hundred dollars ($1,200.00) each calendar year, payable to the clerk
of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County and shall entitle the
holder to sell at one or more locations within its said park.

(f)

(2) The cost of such license shall be [$200.00] two hundred and
fifty dollars ($250.00) TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) each
calendar year, payable to the clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne
