Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the following described
boundaries:
1. Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Rural Water Area,
said point being 500 feet east of the east side of the Colesville-Ashton
Road and 1200 feet south of the centerline of Cedar Lane, thence in
a generally easterly direction, south of, 1200 feet distant from, and
parallel to the centerline of Cedar Lane to intersect the sixteenth or
South 24° 31' 02" East, 873.53 foot line of Parcel C of a deed from
Mary M. Thompson to Harry Malasky, et ux., dated October 31, 1955
and recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery County,
Maryland, in Liber 2138 at Folio 111, thence in a generally north-
westerly direction reversely with and along the sixteenth, fifteenth,
fourteenth and thirteenth lines of the aforesaid Parcel C, of the
aforesaid deed to a point on the fourth or South 01° 36' 35" West,
280 foot line of Parcel B of the aforesaid deed and running thence
reversely with and along the fourth, third and second lines of the
aforesaid Parcel B of the aforesaid deed and the northerly pro-
longation of the said second or South 02° 09' 46" West, 373.90 foot
line of Parcel B of the aforesaid deed until it intersects the rear or
northeast line of Lot 11, Block B as shown on a Plat of subdivision
entitled, "Lots 11 thru 18, Block B, Ednor Acres, recorded among
the aforesaid Land Records in Plat Book 35 as Plat No. 2353, thence
in a generally northwesterly and westerly direction with and along
the rear lines of Lots 11 thru 18, Block B, inclusive to the northwest
corner of said Lot 18, Block B as shown on the aforesaid plat,
thence in a generally westerly direction with the north or rear lines
of Lots 9 and 10, Block B, and the north line of Lot 1, Block A, and
the outline of the plat of subdivision, as shown on a plat of sub-
division entitled, "Lot 1, Block A, Lots 1-10, Block B, Ednor Acres",
recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in Plat Book 32 as Plat
No. 2048, to the northwest corner of said Lot 1, Block A, as shown
on the aforesaid plat recorded in Plat Book 32 as Plat No. 2048, said
northwest corner of Lot 1, Block A, being a point on the existing
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Rural
Water Area, thence in a southerly, westerly and southerly direction
with the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission Rural Water Area to the point of beginning.
2. Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission Rural Water Area,
said point being where said existing boundary intersects the third
or South 40° 42' 15" West, 1482.72 foot line of a deed from Eliza-
beth T. Stabler to Edgar C. Rice, et ux., dated September 11, 1935,
and recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery County,
Maryland, in Liber 604 at Folio 209, and running thence in a north-
easterly and westerly direction reversely with and along the third,
second and first lines of the aforesaid deed to the beginning of said
first line of the aforesaid deed, thence in a southwesterly direction re-
versely with and along the eleventh line of the aforesaid deed to a
point on the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission Rural Water Area, thence in a southeasterly direction
with the existing boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission Rural Water Area to the point of beginning.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
