ing such schools for using the busses or conveyances be greater or
lesser than the amount charged children attending the public schools
for the same kind of transportation. The funds herein appropriated
shall be used for the transportation of children in grades 1 through
12.
Sec, 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

CHAPTER 526
(House Bill 499)
AN ACT to add a new Section 104 (c-1) to Article 52 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace",
sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", to follow immediately after
Section 104 (c) thereof, to provide that in Cecil County one-half of
all costs, fees, fines, penalties and forfeitures collected by trial
magistrates shall be paid to the several incorporated municipalities
of the county, respectively, if the arrest in a particular case was
made by police officers of the respective municipalities.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 104 (c-1) be and it is hereby added to Article 52
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Justices
of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", to follow im-
mediately after Section 104(c) thereof, and to read as follows:
