east line of the Laytonsville-Olney Road, Route 108, thence in a south-
easterly direction, northeast of, parallel to and 500 feet distant from
the northeast line of the Laytonsville-Olney Road, Route 108, ap-
proximately 14,000 feet to the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a southwesterly, southerly and
northwesterly direction with the existing boundary of the Washing-
ton Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area above described and said area shall be subject to all
the rules and regulations of the Commission and all provisions of law
relating to said District, including taxes and other sums or charges
levied by said Commission in other parts of said District.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to add an additional area in Montgomery County to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District, said additional area
lying generally within the Gaithersburg and Laytonsville Election
Districts of Montgomery County and being an extension of the
Sanitary District in the Gaithersburg—Seneca Creek—Cabin
Branch area.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Area herein described is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1918:

All that area in the Gaithersburg and Laytonsville Election Dis-
tricts of Montgomery County, Maryland, lying within the following
described boundaries:

Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, said point being on
the southerly right of way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
where the same is intersected by the northerly extension of the east
erly line of the land of Clitus C. Bourdeaux, being a North 28° East
1001.00 foot line, thence in a northwesterly direction along the south
