sub-title "Stallions", be and they are hereby repealed, and that said
sub-title be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(Senate Bill 154)
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Treasurer of Worcester
County to pay over to the County Commissioners of the County,
to be credited to the general funds of the County, certain moneys
in the Treasurer's custody and control, which are part of the pro-
ceeds of tax sales made pursuant to the public local laws of Wor-
cester County. , AND RELATING GENERALLY TO THE PRO-
CEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR SUCH PAYMENTS.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the County Treasurer of Worcester County is authorized and
directed to pay over to the County Commissioners of the County, to
be credited to the general funds of the County, all moneys in his cus-
tody and control which are part of the proceeds of tax sales made
PRIOR TO APRIL 10, 1957, pursuant to the public local laws of
Worcester County for the collection of delinquent taxes due to the
County Commissioners. THIS ACT APPLIES ONLY TO TAX
SALE FUNDS FOR WHICH NO CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED
WITH THE COUNTY TREASURER AS OF JUNE 1, 1961; AND
PRIOR TO PAYING OVER ANY SUCH MONIES TO THE
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, THE COUNTY TREASURER
SHALL APPLY AND EXHAUST THE PROCEDURES CON-
TAINED IN SECTION 82 OF ARTICLE 81 OF THE ANNO-
TATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDITION), AS IT MAY
BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.
