SERVING AREA WITHIN SUCH PREMISES FOR THE SALE OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE
PREMISES AND NOT PART OF THE PREMISES WHERE THE
MAJOR PORTION OF MEALS ARE SERVED AND CONSUMED
IN SUCH LICENSED PREMISES) FOR THE SALE OF ALCO-
HOLIC BEVERAGES FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE LICENSED
PREMISES, THE ANNUAL FEE FOR SUCH A LICENSE SHALL
BE ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($1500) DOLLARS; AND
A LICENSE HOLDER UNDER THIS SUBSECTION SHALL NOT
SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE
PREMISES FROM ANY PORTION OF SAID PREMISES OTHER
THAN FROM THE MAIN BAR, OR THE USUAL PLACE MAIN-
TAINED THEREIN FOR SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES AND WHERE THE
MAJOR PORTION OF MEALS ARE CONSUMED IN SAID
PREMISES, UNLESS SUCH ANNUAL LICENSE FEE OF ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($1500) DOLLARS SHALL HAVE
BEEN PAID; (2) such a license may be issued to any agricultural
association, agricultural fair association or any other association duly
authorized to conduct racing under the provisions of Article 78B of
this Code where restaurant facilities are available or to duly author-
ized concessionaires of any such association, or to any organization
engaged in producing legitimate theatrical productions that may be
lessees of such an association and using premises and facilities of
such association, for a limited period of time upon payment of a license
fee of [five dollars ($5.00)] ten dollars ($10.00) SIX DOLLARS
($6.00) per day for the period of such license. (3) In Prince George's
County there shall be, in addition to the class herein provided, a
special Class B license known as Class BH, which shall be issued only
to hotels, and for the purpose of this section "hotel" shall mean an
establishment recognized as a hotel for the accommodation of the
public providing services ordinarily found in hotels, equipped with
not less than one hundred bedrooms, a ballroom with not less than
2,000 square feet, a lobby with registration and mail desk and seating
facilities and a dining room with facilities for preparing and serving
regular meals, wherein the average daily receipts from the hire of
rooms and the sale of food exceeds the average daily receipts from the
sale of alcoholic beverages; said hotel building shall consist of not less
than three floors not including floors below the street or ground level.
The annual license fee shall be [$1,000.00] two thousand dollars
($2,000.00) TWELVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($1,250.00). Said licenses to be subject to all other provisions per-
taining to beer, wine and liquor licenses, on sale, Class B, in force and
effect in Prince George's County Maryland.
20.
(k) Prince George's County. (1) In Prince George's County such
a license may be issued to a bona fide nonprofit organization or club
composed solely of members who served in the armed forces of the
United States, in any war in which the United States has engaged,
which organization or club operates solely for the use of its own
members and their guests when accompanied by such members;
provided such club or organization meets in a clubhouse that is used
for no other purpose [, ]; the fee for such license shall be [two hun-
dred and fifty dollars ($250.00)] five hundred dollars ($500.00)
THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00).
