Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 209 (a)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Game and Fresh Water
Fish", sub-heading "Regulations for Taking in Nontidal Waters",
relating to the number of rods and lines to be used in fishing in
nontidal waters.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 209 (a) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Game
and Fresh Water Fish", sub-heading "Regulations for Taking in
Nontidal Waters", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
209.
(a) It shall be lawful to fish with rod and line, not to exceed
[two] three in number and not more than two hooks to each line,
provided artificial lures or plugs with multiple or gang hooks are
considered one unit, and further provided that ice fishing shall be
under the regulation, supervision and control of the Game and In-
land Fish Commission.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 10 15,
10-16 and 10-18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel
County (1957 Edition, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Chap-
ter 10. Fire Protection", sub-heading "Article II. Organization-
Division 2. Enginemen", as amended by Chapter 676 of the Acts
of 1959, to change the number and salaries of enginemen and
relief enginemen of fire companies in Anne Arundel County.
