Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 92 to 100, inclusive, of Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County",
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables", Section 99 thereof
having been amended by Chapter 350 of the Acts of 1931, be and they
are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 101 and 102 of Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester
County", sub-title "Land Records", said sections having been en-
acted in 1918 and concerning a new general index of land records
of Worcester County to be prepared at that time.

Whereas, By Chapter 213 of the Acts of 1918 the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Worcester County was authorized and directed to
have made a new general index of the land records of Worcester
County; and

Whereas, These two sections seem to have no continuing effect
and may be repealed as obsolete; now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 101 and 102 of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-
title "Land Records", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1961.
