(Senate Bill 415)
AN ACT to add a new Section 73 (c) to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1960 Supplement), title
"Elections", sub-title "Vacancies In Nominations NOMINATION
In General", to follow immediately after Section 73 (b) thereof,
providing in Baltimore City that the Board of Supervisors of
Elections after the final time for declining a, nomination or with-
drawing as a candidate, shall post in a public place a notice which
gives a complete list of the remaining nominees or candidates.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 73 (c) be and it is hereby added to Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1960 Supplement),
title "Elections", sub-title "Vacancies In Nominations NOMINA-
TION In General", to follow immediately after Section 73 (b) there-
of, and to read as follows:
73.
(c) In Baltimore City, within one hour following the final time
for declining a nomination or withdrawing as a candidate, under
the provisions of this section, the board of supervisors of elections
shall post in a public place a notice which gives a complete list of the
remaining nominees or candidates for each office in the coming
general, primary or special election.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(Senate Bill 416)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 4 (b) of
Article 2C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1960 Supplement),
title "Alcoholism", and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 2 of Chapter 37 of the Acts of 1960, to change the time for
a report to be submitted by the Maryland Commission on Alcohol-
ism, and to impose a limit on its appropriations for a certain year.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 4 (b) of Article 2C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1960 Supplement), title "Alcoholism", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, and that Section 2 of Chapter 37
of the Acts of 1960, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, both to read as follows:
