Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1960 Cumulative Supplement to the Baltimore County Code
(1958), compiled and edited by Johnson Bowie, County Solicitor,
and John Thomas Welsh, Assistant County Solicitor, and published
by King Brothers, Inc., 208 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore 2, Mary-
land, be and the same is hereby legalized and shall be deemed and
taken in all the Courts of this State and by all public officials to be
evidence of the public local laws of Baltimore County purporting
to be contained therein.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1961.

(House Bill 497)

AN ACT to repeal Section 109 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Cecil County (1953 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County", sub-title "County
Commissioners", repealing an obsolete law of Cecil County which
relates to a levy by the County Commissioners of money for the
support of indigent poor.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 109 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil County
(1953 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Cecil County", sub-title "County Commissioners",
be and the same is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1961.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 393 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil County (1953 Edition), being
Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil
County", sub-title "Plumbing and Health", as said section was
enacted by Chapter 307 of the Acts of 1957, correcting an error
in the local laws of Cecil County, relating to plumbing and health
and any construction or alteration work which will affect the water
supply, sewage disposal or plumbing system in certain buildings.
